Lyndon Parker is Managing Director of JD Search Advisors, LLC. Prior to joining JD Search Advisors, Lyndon had been both Managing Director and then Senior Director for one of the country’s preeminent attorney search firms. He practiced law for nearly 15 years, first as a Trial Attorney for the Chief Counsel of Internal Revenue, then as Assistant General Counsel for ARAMARK, and finally as an attorney in private practice. Lyndon also has over two decades of experience in the legal search industry, giving him deep understanding of the market as well as the recruiting process within top firms and organizations. In his career, Lyndon has successfully placed top-tier attorneys in numerous positions with law firms and companies throughout California and the Southwest. He continues to counsel both candidates and client law firms on lateral placement and related areas of law firm growth and career development.
He is the author of the BNA Portfolio: Tax Liens: Priorities and Enforcement. Lyndon is extremely active in many community organizations, previously acting as the Chairman of The City Project, a public interest law firm dedicated to environmental justice. In addition to his vast experience as a practicing attorney and legal recruiter, Lyndon is a former professional pianist, is active in the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, and currently sits on the board of the Jewish Free Loan Association.
He received his B.A. in Government & Public Administration from American University, his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, and he attended the N.Y.U. Law School Graduate Tax Program.

CJ Diaz handles everything at JD Search Advisors from Pre-qualifying candidates, to passive sourcing, interviewing law firm Associates and Partners as potential candidates in order to effect the quality and productivity of the firm. She covers the most time-consuming part of recruiting in order to make sure that the company can focus on matching the best possible candidates to our client law firms.
CJ screens candidates in order to determine if they are viable candidates for introduction to our clients for possible hire and she assists our senior staff with preparing the candidates for in depth conversations in order to learn about their practices and interests. She loves to learn and broaden her knowledge, and after earning her degree in Hospitality Management, she decided to continue her education and is pursuing her Masters Degree in Management.
